The Gator Crossing Story
Every year during the Christmas holidays,
a group of gators cross alleyways, bayous and highways,
making surprise deliveries along the way.
These good deed doers travel just like Santa,
spreading goodwill is their mission and mantra.
Approaching with toothy smiles and nimble footed gaits,
all who meet them are initially shocked and afraid.
But the gators calmy say hello and explain their aim,
to peacefully deliver gifts bearing their names.
All fears and hesitations are quickly appeased,
and the gators always part to words of praise,
bidding adieu, peace be with you and Happy Holidays!
