JingleNog offers various shipping options within the Continental U.S. through UPS. Standard UPS Ground delivery should arrive within 3-10 days depending on your location. We strive to ship your purchases as quickly as possible. All orders have a processing time of 24-48 hours if the product is in stock. In the case of backordered items your shipment packing list will reflect which items are pending and they will be shipped to you as soon as they become available ( at no extra shipping and handling costs to you) or refunded at your requested. Items ordered together may not always be shipped together. Where applicable, sales tax is automatically applied to your order and to freight charges in accordance with individual state regulations. All orders shipping within the contiguous U.S. with a pre-tax value of $100.00 USD or greater are eligible for free UPS ground shipping. Free shipping will be calculated and processed at the point of purchase. Please note, we ship via UPS and are therefore not able to ship to PO boxes. When shopping on our site, you may encounter items that are not available for immediate ship. In this case, we provide an expected ship date. We ask that you check back to the site on the expected date provided or if requested we will email you when the items are back in stock. jinglenog.com accepts Visa®, MasterCard® and Discover® credit cards. All transactions are made in U.S. Dollars.
We are required to collect sales tax for orders shipping to New York and Massachusetts.
CANCELLING / CHANGING AN ORDER:
Unfortunately, since we are processing your order as quickly as possible, we are not able to accommodate order cancellations.
Please note, at check out if your order is a gift. Gift message enclosure cards are included with orders upon request. While we do not wrap orders with gift paper we do take great care in packing and shipping all orders with presentation in mind with the goal of delighting every receiver.
