RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If your JingleNog.com selection does not entirely meet your satisfaction, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase, excluding delivery charges within 20 days from the date of delivery. The item(s) you wish to return or exchange must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.

To return an item(s) please email customerservice@jinglenog.com. A customer service representative will process your return or exchange request and send you a Return Authorization via email.

Once you receive the Return Authorization please:

  • Securely package your items in a sturdy shippable carton
  • Enclose the Return Authorization in the carton
  • Please send your package via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. Merchandise returned without a Return Authorization cannot be credited.
  • Once received and inspected, a credit will be issued for all returned merchandise meeting the 20 day guarantee provisions. The credit will be issued to the card upon which the order was originally placed. Please allow two billing cycles for credit to appear on your credit statement. Exchanges will be processed immediately subject to availability. You will be notified if the item(s) requested is not available at the time of exchange.
  • Please note that this policy applies only to items purchased on jinglenog.com
  • We cannot accept returns of any items purchased from any other store or website that sells our products. Please contact the place of purchase for their return policy.

DAMAGES

We always take great care to pack our products securely to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchases. If your package does arrive damaged, please keep all of the damages including the packaging and notify us immediately. Contact customerservice@jinglenog.com or 1(914)219-5395 within 3 business days from the date of delivery so we may file a claim on your behalf with the shipping carrier and issue you a refund or replacement.
