The Pickleball Story
You must stay in position,
and out of the kitchen.
Serve underhanded,
dink and drive with abandon.
Hit solid, soft, or hard shots,
So you’re not caught in a tough spot.
Dings, flings, and pings make you blush,
and with every smash and soft touch,
you rally, awaiting the next rush.
Every game’s volleys,
are jolly or end in folly.
Dealing with a dill ball or getting pickled,
never tickles,
but your trusty paddle,
keeps you in the battle –
for king and queen of the court.
