Neil was a dapper snowman who created a stir year after year,
dashingly sporting in all seasons his beloved cashmeres.
He loved to cruise and hit the slopes every year,
was a talented photographer and puppeteer.
He filled his life with love, empathy and no fear.
His caring and giving heart was known everywhere.
He was the bearer and embodiment of good times and cheer,
but if a friend or cause was in need he was there.
While his ears were not sharp he could surely hear,
as a kind and sincere listener without peer.
A friend to Frosty and a fan of Liza and the Minions,
his display on Chestnut Street was a hit every season.
His twinkling eyes, laugh, humor and smile,
beguiled along with his sense of elan and style.
An ace ad man, marketer and an avid volunteer,
he was loved, cherished and revered.
His friends and family were dear and always near,
once you met him you were in his caring sphere.
