The Karl von Cracka Story

Karl was crafted many years ago by hand of wood,

and where he was finished he has faithfully stood.

Karl remains ever smiling and in a cheery mood,

never speaking a word or in need of food.

He is sometimes confused at first glance for a man,

but soon you realize he is of the nutcracker clan.

While his teeth have never been used,

they could crack any filbert, cashew or pecan.

This loyal Cracka will not be wooed,

his steadfast loyalty and devotion cannot be unglued,

he remains ever on duty protecting all that is good.
