The Candy Story
Candy is a Christmas striped candy cane,
who hails from Pennycandy Lane.
This peppermint lady is anything but plain,
She is the life of the party, and loves to entertain.
Candy is most often found,
when Santa is due to come around.
This sweet treat likes to hang high up on a tree,
perched on a limb to best see and be seen.
Though Candy’s movements are not spry,
with a quick glimpse will you spy,
when Candy winks hello and bat’s an eye.
