JingleNog offers various shipping options within the Continental U.S. through UPS. Standard UPS Ground delivery should arrive within 3-10 days depending on your location. Most orders are processed and shipped within three days. Where applicable, sales tax is automatically applied to your order and to freight charges in accordance with individual state regulations. For inquiries regarding shipping to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO addresses or US territories please contact JingleNog Customer Service at (914) 219-5395 or All orders shipping within the Continental U.S. with a pre-tax value of $100.00 USD or greater are eligible for free UPS ground shipping. Free shipping will be calculated and processed at the point of purchase. We take great care when packaging all of our items and do everything we can to ensure that your package will arrive safely. This requires extra packing materials and a careful consideration of the number of items in each box, adding to the overall expense of shipping. If your package does arrive damaged, please notify us immediately and keep all of the original packing materials. In this case, we provide an expected ship date. You can still add these items to your wish list, however, they will not be available to order. Returns & Replacements
JingleNog is committed to providing its customers with quality products and exceptional customer service. If within 20 days of receipt of your order, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, JingleNog will gladly return your unused, undamaged merchandise for a full refund less shipping charges. Please note: Items purchased from cannot be returned to a JingleNog retailer, they must be returned directly to JingleNog. To return an item, simply contact JingleNog customer service at (914) 219-5395 or JingleNog' s handcrafted glass products are fragile and must be treated with the utmost in care when repackaging them. Be sure to keep all original packing materials if you plan to return an item. For your security, please use an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. JingleNog is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. All items must be packed sufficiently to receive full credit on the return. Pending inspection and approval of returned product, your card will be credited the full amount of your purchase less shipping charges. All credit card refunds will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
